We can help to make your holiday arrangements easy for you!

Exmoor offers a wide range of outdoor activities, many suitable for all age groups. The possibilities include walking, cross-country running, “mountain” biking, riding and hunting, fishing, shooting (pheasant, rough shooting and clay pigeon) and wildlife safaris.

If you would like us to help with your holiday arrangements in advance, please let us know what sort of activities really interest you and your family – or that you would like to learn or improve! We can make bookings for riding (please let us know age/weight and riding ability), fishing and clay-pigeon shooting. Wildlife safaris can also be arranged, which usually include driving by landrover across country on Exmoor (and/or the Brendon or Quantock Hills).

The Winsford Post Office and General Stores (Proprietors: Paul & Debbie Beck) can provide food and groceries, delivered to the Cottage ready for your arrival on a Friday. Please make arrangements by calling them on 01643 851201.
