Conditions and Information

1. Bookings must be accompanied by an initial payment of one third of the full amount, with the balance payable not less than six weeks before the holiday commences.
2. If a booking is made less than six weeks before the arrival date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
3. In addition, we ask for a returnable deposit of £100 per week to cover possible damage, breakages and electricity/fuel. This should be included with your final payment. Electricity is charged according to usage at 12p/unit (or 6p/unit off-peak rates). The meters will be read at the beginning and end of your holiday.
4. Telephone bookings will be held for a maximum of two days.
5. The cottage will normally be available from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.
6. Non-payment of the balance by the due date will be treated as a cancellation.
7. Parking is available within 50 yards at the Exmoor Community Centre (The Old School), who have given permission. For unloading, guests may park temporarily in the Church entrance immediately opposite the Cottage.
8. Continental quilts, all bed linen and towels are provided at a cost of £10 per person per week.
